Thus, we disclaim our responsibility in case the customer does not inquire enough details about the correct methods  of use and also if the he didn’t read carefully the instructions of use and care mentioned in the catalog of the product if available.

Conditions for returning and exchanging products

  • The product must be in completely new condition
  • The product must be in the original packaging it was sent in
  • The product must be accompanied by the sales receipt
  • If the customer wishes to return the product even though there are no problems with it, or also if he wishes to exchange it, he will bear all shipping costs, and the amount will be refunded to the customer after receiving the product and ensuring its safety.

Conditions for Order Cancellation

In case you changed your mind and would like to cancel the order just after being placed, you have to contact us either through mobile or email within 1-2 hours maximum after placing the order, because if the order is sent to the shipping company cancellation will cost the same shipping fees which you have to bear.
